Hi waterbomb. This is quite common with 3rd party panels in CFS1. My CFS Panel Clinic should explain how to fix it. http://www.simviation.com/lair/CFSpc.htm

Hmmm. Why does this problem occur so often Doug? If all designers have tested their wares well, is it caused by it being made on a different size / res monitor to the user? As for the black bands problem, I can't remeber what Doug used, but I think you edited the panel.cfg. If you download CFG edit, http://www.cfgedit.com/, it has a feature that you can see the bands moving as you adjust them. It does a lot more as well, a great utility.

There's nothing wrong with the panels. The problem is with FS98 panels in CFS. Many early CFS aircraft were simply tweaked FS98 designs. It's all explained in my Panel Clinic if you read it. You only have to click the link in my reply. ::) It's one of the first tutes I ever posted & written long before CfgEdit was available.

Glad it fixed your problem waterbomb. ;)
