Strange problem with *stock* CFS1

Started having this problem with a *stock* CFS1, that has been uninstalled, deleted, checked temp files and registry, rebooted, made sure I emptied recycle bin, etc.

Reinstalled.  Still having this problem.

When I try to run a campaign mission, and sometimes other missions where I take off with other members of a formation, but it's really bad in the BoB campaign:

I'll just be getting into the mission, and the other plane(s) on the runway will flip over forward onto their backs and blow up, taking me with them.  If they don't do that, they'll shift left a little, and end up hitting a building on the takeoff run.  1 in 10 times, I actually can get off the ground with the formation I'm supposed to have.

Any ideas?  As outlined earlier, this is *stock* from CD CFS1.  I have deleted all traces that I know of any previous installations.

Thanks!

Mavfin. Ozzy might well be correct but I don't see how the OS can affect things like the missions. This might might be a bug with some missions or the way you're playing them. As I recall, your wingmen start their take-off run when you start your own engine & open the throttle. If you're a little hesitant about this they will hit you in the six.

Well, you didn't read the first post very well, did you?  This has nothing to do with them running up my back.  My wingmen flip over forward and blow up before I can even get my engine started.  And this is *stock* CFS1.  No add-on aircraft or anything.

I'm sure it's something a little funny with the system, but what?

Mavfin, you might try to compare AI planes reactions in the other missions.Perhaps you have corrupted data in your excel pages for BoB and your just reinstalling them over and over. Hagar used to be the   editor/headhoncho for  the CFS section here at Simviation and has written a large number of  the tutorials for CFS posted at Simviation as well.If anyone can help you ,he can :-)
