CFS1 addon&pop-up panels: black rather than clear

My cfs1 stock hurricane's pop-up throt quad(shift+2) has a black background rather than invisible. Also there are cfs1 addon main panels that have what should be the invisible portion --the glass-- as solid black.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

How do I make the what-should-be-invisible part of pop-up windows and add-on main panel windows be indeed invisible.

I tried to solve this... I copied and pasted some of the stock hurri's main panel window section to the hurri throt-quad and then made the whole quad's background that color. Yet still the throt quad does not have an invisible background.

I think the Combatfs.cfg tweak will do the trick in your case.
