Always did like Black Aeroplanes like the Northrop P61, PBY5A Canso/Catalina, CF100 just to mention a few

Never did like an all white car, boat or aircraft
Preferred 2 or 3 toned

By the way two toned cars are back now and paints have evolved so much that most are heat resistant.
Metal colored roofs here are almost guaranteed the life of the home or building.
Shingles used to have only a 14 or 25 years guarantee and that was iffy...
