But turn off landing lights.
The heat blur could be that
the paint is bad?

Thanks! Yes, I think in this model is just about right. Some other planes are a bit too much in my opinion, but this one, for me, hit the spot.

Absolutely right on the landing lights, forgot completely about them!And yes, the distortion you see is because of the heat blur.

Very nice screenshots indeed !
XPlane does have a real heatblur effect, contrary to FSX or P3D. The effect is very well done.
