Nice picture... I always remember the sentence: "The only bomber that can replace a Buccaneer is a Buccaneer"

Thanx for the nice comments :D

To me the Buccaneer is still the best low-level bomber ever built. Hard as a rock and extremely powerful, but also very nimble to fly. Knew a guy that flew them for the South African Air Force during the Bush War in Angola (late 70's to early 80's). I can remember that he often spoke very highly of this aircraft <<s

Only flying Buccaneers now in private ownership (Thunder City - Cape Town International Airport).

A great shot and a great aircraft. Not sure what has happened to the thunder city jets, Mike Beachy head died last year. https://www.saflyer.com/single-post/201 ... eachy-Head

I think they all stand in the Thunder City hanger on the airport... as static displays, but I will try and find out some info <<q
