Short Cross-Country Simulated Flight

Postby Flying Trucker » Thu Sep 07, 2017 9:37 am

Goodly Morning All... <<r

Trying a couple of new techniques while getting in a very short cross-country simulated flight.

Microsoft FSX Deluxe + Acceleration and Windows 10
Some Orbx Scenery and Locations
Aircraft is Default FSX Maule Orion
.....Would like to see a Payware Maule to see if it has an ADF and just to see what the difference is between the Payware and Default Maule. The Default FSX Maule Orion is a good little STOL simulated aircraft which will get into some nice short grass strips.

Departure is Vernonia "O5S"
Arrival is Bero Field "300R"
Both in Orbx Scenery and the State of Oregon, United States

Checking out the Cessna's Power plant...

HMM...someone thinks I am making too much noise and better keep my distance...
Nice to see wildlife in a picture as long as they stay off the runway... ;)

There's the Strip me thinks...

Got their goodies to them with no breakage...

Looks like they have their own Thrifty 150...

Final turn to home...

Comments and Advice most welcome... ;)
Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Very nice indeed Doug,  it's great to see the Maule being taken out for a fly around,   it's one of the best default aircraft in FSX. 8-)

Cheers
