Thanks Anthin for the come back. It was not all bad we made wonderful life time friends and was honored to fly junkie aircraft as well as the best that was made at that time. I was never qualified for jet aircraft, just the older props but that was good enough for me. There was over 58,000 thousand died on our side and over 2 million on both North and South Vietnam, so sad for us all. Roy

Roy, like Anthin I am truly grateful that I have never had to go through anything remotely like you did. I hope over the years you will write up some of your memories because, as was once said "Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it"
