Thanks BigTruck its a shame its grounded it always turned heads on takeoff and landing.

I agree, I always wanted to see one take off or land, I have never seen the Concorde in person. I was in boot camp when the big crash happened, I overheard it on the TV in the mess hall, and I had to wait a month to graduate so I could look up the actual details of it, I couldn't believe what I was hearing!

Thanks Big Truck I was a few feet away from it front row next to the runway when it landed at Humberside airshow no earplugs and it was VERY LOUD and again on take off the days before Health and Safety and also the Vulcan doing a touch and go and setting all the car alarms off surprised I am not deaf.
