Dinos' F-14 + Tac-Pack

Postby CHUCK79 » Tue Apr 08, 2014 5:19 pm

Dinos' F-14 has never been so much fun before!

Droppin' a couple GBU-31 GPS guided bombs. The HUD can be used to "mark" your target.....the first pass my "mark" was inaccurate
causing the bomb to sail right over the top of the tanks.......probably hit close enough to do some damage to that pesky apron

If at first you don't succeed......reload your weapon and shoot again!

This time a little higher, a little faster, and a little more accurate "mark".

The inset shows the GBU-31 in flight just before impacting one of the center tanks.

Thanks 4 lookin' O0

OOOOOhhh-RAH!! BAD!!!
How I wish FS9 supported Tac-Pac. I may actually have to invest in a copy of FSX....
Now to convince the lovely, wonderful, sexy, sweet, kind, dear-to-my-heart, ever so giving wife...

Pat☺
Have fun, fly high, far, and free!

Thanks guys O0

@PhantomTweak......be prepared for some frustrating "teething issues" when switching over to FSX. It takes some tuning to get it to run the way you want it to.
Luckily this forum is full of folks who have already been down that road and are more than willing to lend a hand

@ Phantom, i agree with CHUCK!
If you do this, you are into some nice, interesting, head cracking, frustrating and wood knocking work, but i'm sure you'll like that ;)
Its a good thing you get the wife involved, cause she wont see you that much for some time
At the end......

Chuck, you're killing me!
Now I REALLY have to get the Tac-Pack! Just have to pay the wonderful IRS first....
Hey, would you mind posting some shots with the F-14 doing some air-to-air splashes please? Since I can't have the Tac-Pack yet, maybe I can live vicariously through you!
Really nice pics!
Thanks!
