Two new paints for the A2A Mustang:

looks super!.....though i'm still holding off purchasing it..
any idea how's the warbirdsim version compared to the a2a?

Both are great, however, there are big differences.
Warbirdsim by now covers nearly all the different models of the P-51D that ever flew (and some that didn't), from the early sharkfinned D-5's to recently restored warbirds, all made down to the last perfect little detail. They look fantastic! Mind you, there are now so many different packages for sale that you'd be study well which one it is your after.
A2A have only two different models in their military package, a generic late D, and the Iwo Jima version, and a civilian version, with GPS etc.. There are a few very little errors in the shape of the model, which most people probably won't notice, BUT, it comes with the accusim add-on. This turns it from a very fine looking model into something else, which is best compared to a 'real' machine. Suddenly you have to pay attention to all these dials, because things can and will go wrong if you don't. You need to read the manual! If you've never tried any of A2A's accusim models, don't hesitate, FSX will not be the same. It is not that it becomes too difficult to fly, but more entertaining. Apart from that, the cockpit sounds are just great too.
I think the Warbirdsim model looks better, but I only fly the A2A bird, it is just a lot more fun! And that is from someone who spends most of his time in FSX looking at the outside and painting that outside...
So don't hold off, go for it, would be my advice.
Or if you're happy with your WBS P-51, get the P-47 to try accusim, that's a hoot as well, or the Spit, and try to prevent it from overheating...

thanks for all that!....being a spitfire person, i would have liked to get the a2a spit, but i didn't like the external modeling opposed to the just flight version which is beautiful.....although the a2a mustang lines look pretty nice....thanks again...
