One from OrbX that is right up my alley........

This is Longview Ranch (OG39) and also included is Land's Inn Ranch (49OR)

Land's Inn is a great place to operate a crop duster out of........look out for cattle wandering across the runway :o

See the butterflies?
Image

Longview Ranch is used by the Forest Service as a refueling and water filling station....
Image

It can accomodate large USFS fire bombing aircraft such as the DC-10......anyone know where to get a good fire tanker repaint for Tom Ruth's DC-10???
Image

Hangin' out on the tarmac....waiting for somethin' to happen ;)
Image

Longview also has a 3200X120 foot artificial water runway, which makes for some challenging water landings.....look at the baby ducks :D

OrbX hit a home run with this one as far as I'm concerned.....thanks 4 looking :)

Great shots. How is the framerate? Somehow most of the Orbx airports have a big impact on my FPS.

It causes a hit on my system........I lower my autogen to normal and my FPS lock to 20 to keep it smooth ;)

Slick set Charleston! 20 locked and normal autogen is my everyday struggle-to-enjoy-it settings, but a new PC is in the works that should improve that situation...

Hi Chuck... :)

I have two ORBX Sceneries:
-FTX NA Blue USA/Canada Pacific Fjords
-FTX Pacific Northwest

Tried to do a flight from both the above locations you did your flight from and there was no buildings or other scenery, just the runways.

The State of Oregon, is that not in one of my ORBX Sceneries or is it part of Tongass Fjords or another ORBX Scenery Package?

Hey, Doug 8-)

Unfortunately, Longview Ranch and Land's Inn are both in the Central Rocky Mountain area of the OrbX sceneries. Also they are not included in the main release. They must be purchased seperately ;)
