I am using megasceneryX for the Island of Oahu (Picture 3&4).
The last picture is one of the hawaiin airports from FSDT. Their airports are supurb. I even like them more that ORBx airports purely because of their perfromance VS visual ratio.
The rest of the shots is the islands Molokai, Maui & Lanai from Newport scenery.
Aircraft used was Aerosoft Otter, Flight1's BN-2 Islander and CS 737-100 (awesome plane for island hopping in Hawaii).

I especially love the Islander, definitely one of my favorites to fly in FSX. That 737 is something I'm looking to get in the near future, it looks great!
