[center][font=Papyrus]Condor Airlines
[size=12][color=#993300]Condor Flugdienst, usually shortened to Condor, is an airline based in Germany, operating scheduled leisure flights to the Mediterranean, Asia, Africa, North America and the Caribbean as part of Thomas Cook Group. Its main base is Frankfurt Airport from where all long-haul flights depart. In 1996, commemorating the 40th birthday of the airline, US painter James Rizzi created a special paint scheme which was applied to one of Condor's Boeing 757s seen HERE. Here is the Captain Sim 757 repaint taking flight from Aerosoft's Corfu International Airport in Greece.

Hang on a minute! Ive been to Corfu! I know this place! I recall coming in over the sea, a long descending turn and seeing the tiny runway jutting out in the water (it was a daytime flight from Manchester, over the Alps or whatever they are and over Venice!)

So we came screaming in with everything hanging out - it was a 757 coincidently - and we landed...

Take off for the return was as in your shot, out over the houses. Theres defo lots of houses there. I remember seeing them!... No room for error, or so it seemed. I imagine there is plenty of room but to a 15 yr old it didnt seem a lot. And as we know, the 757 blasts off from the runway at an alarming angle and accelerates most swiftly.

Marvellous memorys, the background music in the cabin to soothe us was Paul Simons 'Graceland'. Whenever i hear it i think of taxiing out at both Manchester and Corfu.

Sorry to drone on :)
