Thanks Adam. :)

Yeah, I am. I think it comes from playing in the curves on 2 wheels and 4 for so many years.  ;D

Wonderful shots Larry...well done... :)

The problem with "Canyon or Valley" flying is the person flying the other way...right at you... :)

There are several good courses to enroll for and procedures to follow when doing this type of aviating which were not followed it would seem several weeks ago in the State of Alaska...thank goodness no one was hurt but they did meet and greet... :)

So Larry and all you others who intend on on doing this sort of flying there are several things I would like you to do...

(1)...before starting

Great shots, looks like it was a lot of fun! That first shot is definitely a great angle!

Thanks Doug. That is an interesting read, with some valuable information. :)

But I think I am qualified, as I have 987 total hours in single, multi engine, and rotor since getting FSX a little over a year ago. I probably have two or three times that in FS9.

I'm not saying I don't need help or more information, just that this is not my first rodeo. ::)

987 HOURS?!?!? THAT'S HUGE!!!!
And nice screenshot!!! You really got me in the first one! I thought the left side was some sort of airport until I looked really hard.

But you aren't the only one with canyon flying expierience. I once took a Boeing 747-400 for a nice, long, really curvey canyon flight.
