Think you need to ease back on the prop lever Larry, running her in the high yellows I see

Hope you have an uneventful, stress free move. Not sure about you, but I think I would prefer Seattle to San Fran. Never been there, but I've seen pictures and

it sure does look better in the sim. ::)
