Freeware DC-7 coming soon

Postby ShaneG_old » Tue May 26, 2009 7:59 am

Got a little heads up on this beta Freeware DC-7, if this isn't the final version, then I'm pretty excited about the end product. :o 8-)

Excellent VC with nice corresponding pop-up panels in 2D panel view.

Cruising above the low clouds & jagged mountains. 8-)

The last glints of light reflect off the skin as the sun goes down, and the stars begin to shine.

One more sharp ridge to cross, and I should have the field in sight.

Ah, there at last. Now to just put her down safely. :-/ ;D ;)

That second one is awesome. The clouds, scenery and plane all go together great.

Thanks guys. :)

Truck: I doubt it, but you never know, the installer comes with options for FS9 or FS2k2.

Here is a link to the forum posting on it, and a download link if you would like to try it in FSX.  It will probably have the usual incompats.

BTW: don't miss the nifty VC animations when you open the exits. ;)

OK.but the thread is about the DC 7 which makes it look like a payware aircraft.

Just about all of my posts in payware are because of the AS & GEP, I do have a few pay-planes. But I still enjoy my freeware. 8-)

When I post a payware plane, I make sure to mention which one it is. ;)

Those steering wheels look really cold, hard and unpadded. Yuck  :P

Looks very nicely crafted  :)

Garryrussell - the rules here are that if there's any payware in the shot at all then it goes in payware, whatever the subject is. Sometimes the rule seems inconvenient, but it keeps things simple.
