Looking For Bob's Landing...

Postby BigTruck » Tue Mar 17, 2009 12:43 am

Took my first recon trip down the canyon trying to find a good float plane landing...thought I had one, but wound up aborting and heading home...

Found my spot, looks fairly straight, let's check it out...

Good spot to dip and turn

Trying to line up, river is too narrow and curvy

Coming up to the Canyon curve, no good, abort and head home!

Will try again tomorrow when I have more time to head farther down the crack.
