LOL!!!  I thought the dark area was the landmass!!

Time to change what I'm searching for.

Somewhere close to the North or South Pole. If I had to make a choice I'd say North over the polar route.

This was a San Francisco to Munich flight, about 7 hours in, on the eastern coast of Greenland. It was so peaceful, there wasn't any other plane for the last few hours, and the only thing that wasn't white was the dirty plume of the 777!  :'(

I was with Shane in thinking that the darker part was the landmass... LOL. Greenland... good stuff!
