Testing around

just got the HD textures for the carenado aircraft from FTX. I also changed my REX textures to my liking instead of "reality". here are the results in a short flight over Texas



trying to climb with this beast of an aircraft

rain started pouring as I approached the airstrip

put her down nice and easy as the weather cleared up after the downwind leg

Beautiful set and sky colors. Are the HD textures hard on the framerates? Been wanting to download them but figured my dinosaur couldn't handle it.

I didn't notice any difference between the HD textures and the normal textures. well worth the download, especially for the VC ;)

Nice pictures! I also like the staggering of the pics, though it means I have to scroll a bit now..

It always will be, not everyone has widescreen...but fo rthose of us who do, it makes the shots so much better  ;)  Love the shots, a bit "blue" for me, but it's something different  :)
