"...after some serious fire supression on engine two and serious damage to the main left undercaraige the pilot hit the throttle to gain some height, eventually clearing the snow-topped mountains and heading for home"
"the pilot lines up for final approach, knowing the gear could fail on touch down"
last moments before touch down...
"......BANG..... a hard landing, the wingtip hits the asphalt hard along with engine 1 and 2....."
"finally the aircraft screaches to a halt just on the edge of the tarmac, the pilot clinging to the flight controls!.... another happy ending he remarks!
