This picture shows either the F/O was having a camera or someone else was upfront in the cockpit.

The turn for final appeared all fine from the tower.

Once again, the final from this picture taken moments before the crash appeared to be all normal.
Image

Moments before touchdown the aircraft lost power, stalled and hit the runway with the nose-wheel. This broke off and the aircraft caught fire, then exploded.

This picture taken by an aircraft spotter on holiday moments before the explosion.

Disclaimer: There was no real Winair crash, this is purely fictional!

Thanx for having a look @ my series. Q&C appreciated

Did you turn the engine off prior to landing or upon sucking at landing? :D

Thanx for the comments all.

As for the crash:

On my approach, I came in to low the last few seconds. I somehow flew through the scenery, which disabled my engines and caused me to topple over  :o

I normally land at SABA without hassles and always fly with realism set to max  :)

XLNT shots.  I wish FSX had real crash damage modeled.
