Along the USA and Mexican border around Calexico, California. I like the desert colors.

First one looks nice, really nice desert textures. Clouds are very nice too.
I have to say I'm not too fond of this Cessna though.

nice shots. Pity there isn't an FSX/SP2 Cessna 195 model with a VC and all the bells and whistles...

Yeah, great shots, lovely backgrounds, but the plane itself looks a little fs98 rather than fsx - but other than that, top stuff :D

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. I'm not that happy with the Cessna 195 either. It is Mike Stones old one. I too wish there was one for FSX with a VC and some nice liveries. I'm hoping that by posting some screens from time to time it might spark some interest for one of the designers to take on the project. It flies just fine and is a great old airplane.

Yes it gets hot there. I was stationed there in the late 1950's with FAGU. The "Fleet Air Gunnery Unit". Some days flight operations were stopped because the runway, because of the heat was to soft take off or land on.
