Batty over Brisbane

Continuing my steps backwards into beginner's flying, I spent last week getting to know the amazing C150 Aerobat. Did my 'hillclimb' test from Lamidada to Lukla - very sluggish performance, but so slow we managed to get to altitude in time to cross the high ridge and then land.
This one has an Aussie reg. (fictional custom paint for one of the VOZ members I think) so I took it to Orbx Tamworth for FS9 and did circuits, practising crosswind techniques and so on. Such an easy bird to land, everything is at a snails pace. I was shocked to find just how slowly we were crawling around everywhere, it was like flying a child's tricycle. With stabilisers and a speed retarder.
Took another flight from Archerfield out to sea and north past Brisbane up to Redcliffe, which was really messed up - the runway was covered with misaligned trees - another victim of my install of VOZ 1.6 which doesn't seem to have been beta-tested very thoroughly.
