So here I was, in the hunt for some instrument and night hours, I had flown a trip that lasted about an hour.

I was minding my own business on the ILS approach, when evil appeared behind me... horror movie anyone?

Ok, this really sucked. I had forgotten to check my fuel before I went flying, and remembered underway. I figured I'd be okay... I was wrong. Progressive taxi on to show you just how far I was from the parking area when I ran out

Bloody ai - they always do that to me! Even when im in a comparable jet, they come steaming past at some silly approach speed and mess everything up, go round, or i have to go round

His speed wasn't off really, but I was in small prop, see?

I just went ahead and landed. He was cleared to land after me, so he was ordered on go-around.

Payback.

At night, you're supposed to have atleast 45 min of reserve fuel....

Yeah... I think there's something about that approach... (ILS runway 12 at EKCH).

The exact same thing has happened there to me before.

Hadn't I been below the glideslope in the Baron I was flying then, I'd be smoked!

I'd prolly invest into a new set of underwear if I were the pilot  ;D

I counter dirty tactics with dirty tactics.

If they overtake me on approach, those AI planes get their booties reset.

Not too long ago I started a flight from London to my home airport in South Carolina, KGSP. I put it on auto and went to bed, woke up early the next morning and I was about 200 miles from my destination so I sleepily started flying in. About 80 miles from the airport out of nowhere an AI plane slammed right into me. I was still half asleep and it scared the daylights out of me. That is the only time that has ever happened to me out of about 1000 hrs flying. Had a few land over me though.

Yeah... AI and ATC don't mix...

I'm gonna dig out an awesome pic of some revenge I once got over the ATC.

Waaah! Scary! I often have close encounters with AI too on final, but usually they're coming towards me.

Could I be doing something wrong?
