So why don't you upload them here, instead of only uploading to other sites and advertising here?

I used to do that, but disliked the fact that I had no influence over the final version of accompanying text. But if these things are frowned upon here, I can always stop advertising.

Interesting. I did upload some of mine here, but to be honest i find avsims system a whole lot easier. I think though its changed now but i havent uploaded here for a while. I dont really see the point in uploading to 15 different sites.
Plus here as Jankees said the text gets altered somtimes (not a complaint but i like to put what i want to put!) and avsim puts it in the section you select for it, it doesnt appear in the fsx section where i then get emails asking why it doesnt work or posts here about why the props dont show properly in fsx when its for fs2004!!
I will say though that in years gone by here was always my first stop for aircraft.
It takes time to upload files of 10mb-15mb (well on my rubbish BT broadband it does) so one site fits all for me anyway!
Only my opinion - but regardles of where they can be found, i still like to see what otheres are up to with repaints!

All valid points which applied to the old system. The new dynamic upload system should have fixed that.
