I would suggest taking a taxi to the nearest GA airfield, and leaving in a bugsmasher.....

Probably the best idea...unless you're booked up for a transatlantic flight; that could take a while longer in a bugsmasher than a 747

That is some heavy traffic there, looks just about right for Heathrow though!

and Simviations traffic packages.

The Cessna is there to show what it looks like once it's fully loaded with approach traffic. Because there are so many aircraft landing and wanting to take off that the line builds and builds.
