Yeah it was brighter in the sim but compression seemed to darken it.. i had a nice deep blue at the bottom from the sun rising but it seemed to have been weakened by compression too. thanks for the comment  :)

Not really surprising as the the file size is 35k. Why did you compress it so much? The limit is 150k.

I don't understand people complaining about compression ruining their shots when the rules are the same for everyone.

None of these shots are compressed ok.... don't have a go at me without knowing all the facts. These are all 100% file size as far as they can go ok.
P.S I am just sick of people not responding to any of my threads EVEN IN THE STUDIO V I GET NO REPLIES For the last two there is a slight colour difference and there is a difference between the sharpness

Settle down now. You asked for feedback so I gave you some.

Your shots must be compressed as they are in JPEG format. You said yourself that they were weakened by compression. I suggest you read the tips posted in the Studio V forum to find out how to improve the quality of your screenshots. http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?board=studiov

There are a lot of members here only too willing to help if you're prepared to listen.

Yes i made them JPEG because they have to be

I don't consider that feedback saying that they are "too" compressed even at no compression (except for change to JPG)

I mentioned compression because you were complaining about it ruining your shot. Which programs are you using to take the shots & convert them to JPEG format?

I use Full Version of FRAPS and Paint.net for resizing editing etc... I also wasn't trying to complain i was just saying it made it a bit darker is all ;)

I've never used FRAPS so I can't comment. You might like to read Jake's tips on resizing & saving images in Paint.NET.
