Saw it written on a girl's t-shirt today and it stuck in my head; thought it would make a good 'stupid title'...

Found this Deer Valley repaint for the default Maule... and found the Phoenix area photoreal scenery by G. Razek and Blue Sky Scenery.... couldn't pass up the chance to combine the two...


It's a nice bit of freeware scenery, for FS9 so the resolution is quite low for FSX.... best viewed from fairly high up  :)

...but a whole lot better than default. In my humble opinion. Can you spot the point where Razek's coverage ends.... it's a toughie...

And back to Deer Valley. If there are deer I can't imagine what they eat.... :-?

Interesting aircraft mind - reminds me of those 20p polystyrene things we used to buy as kids, build them by slotting it all together then popping the 'weight' on the nose. Then losing them as they got tangled in telephone wires.......

Think the p-38 was the best, but the blooming shop never had any in stock, or the bigger boys bought them before we got there

I have a Deer Valley paint for the 2004 C182 that I updated fopr FSX

I like low flyin gin props so the photo real scenery isn't really appealing fo rme. Great for when in jets though.

I fly out of Deer Valley all the time. I live just six miles south of the airport. I also have some of the Deer Valley Flying Club aircraft. I also have this scenery for FS2004. I use MegaSceneryX Phoenix payware in my FSX Sim.  Nice to see you guys flying in this part of the world with us desert rats.  ;D

Seems like the problem of the deer in Deer Valley is not finding something to eat, but rather avoiding getting shot (or ending up as roadkill)...
