Nice shots Layne, I like the first although it is a bit too dark. Nice dynamics and the subtle afterburner is very nice.
The JetStar shot is a tad over compressed (lines in the sky) but nice.
And you shots have a really 'romantic' bloom effect very different from Mitch' shot ...
