fs9wat.zip I cant remember where I found it.  To be honest the water upgrade isnt that impressive most of the time, only when lighting conditions are perfect.

what settings are you using on the bloom, i was playing with it until my exam started then i got side tracked. but i would like to see your settings please muchly thankyou

All I did was turn off all the other options and set the bloom to 4
