Those look like fantastic shots. You could have uploaded them much larger though...why so small?

I think they had to be under a certain size.  Thanks for the comments

I like 'em too, but they're so small!
Any chance of a bigger re-upload?

Personally I love the plane. Not a beauty by any stretch, but sooooo much character ;)

I flew as part of a flight crew on these for a few years and I tell you it was the best flying I have ever done.  Fairly reliable, comfortable, but boy when she acted up she would give you the ride of your life.  One one of my early flights, they were about 13-14 hours long, out of Midway Island up over the Aleutians and back, I was sitting in the very back having my lunch.  I was used to the plane bobing up and down, in weather, but this day she gained and lost altitude with a passion, which I was getting used to, when she started shaking her tail from side to side, and I am pretty sure I lost my cookies about then.

Are you kidding? Connies are gorgeous classics! If you ever get a chance to look at one up close you will see some extreme craftsmanship. They are amazing ....

And Mr. Harris, I think you are a very fortunate man to have been given the chance to fly one of them 8-)
