Bob70 requested a look at FTX textures down low - here are some pics focussing on the ground textures around the Stirling Range, north of Albany, SW Australia.

[center]I've never flown in this area before but it seems rather picturesque...

These two show the same view in Summer, then in Winter.

Thanks Roger.

Just beautiful.  I'm sold. I can just picture this scenery partnered along with REX. I can't hardly wait.

Thanks a lot! The scenery in this location just blew me away.

J, get a good atlas, use the internet or buy a road map of Austalia. That's what I have (you can follow the roads too in true IFR style). Then just look for national parks and areas with great relief, lakes, coastlines. Find the nearest airport on the map, go to it in sim, then look on the sim map for the nearest little airfield to the location you actually want and off you go. That's what I recommend  :)

Good grief ... FTX proves to be an amazing product even for the people that like 'em low 'n slow!

And those cliff textures in shot 'f' are stunning!
