Lady Bird...Heathrow--Miami...Part 2

Arrival time.
Down we go, spoilers extended a bit to loose some speed before dropping below 10,000 feet. Just a little turbulence, wings not bouncing around like they did in London.
Descending ever lower and being vectored in for a runway 12 arrival. The short runway :-/
Spotters in Miami as well enjoying much better weather.
Silky smooth touchdown but hard braking...would have preferred a longer runway
ETA is now 2:20 PM, 15 minutes late thanks to a strong headwind part of the flight.
Reverse just kicking out and about to exit the runway. Welcome to Miami, local time is 2:15 PM, great weather with a temperature of 74
