Yes folks, this is me, posting screenshots.  Haven't done so in a LONG time.

One of my new favorite quick flights, Meigs to Midway.  Did it in one of my favorite planes in the sim, the Cessna Citation CJ1 by Eaglesoft.

These are terrible, I know, but please try to enjoy

I climbed out along the shoreline and then turned around downtown to line up for the runway at Midway

It's a winter wonderland! ;)

Touchdown!  A little off center....but hey, the entire flight was flown by hand, and it was cold and kinda windy

And letting off my executive passengers at the FBO

IMO, it would be cheaper to drive than to fly... :D ;D

Nice shots though... 8-)

heck, that you found it worthy to deal with the chicago ATC is somewhat bothering ;D ;)

ATC?  What's that for? ;D

For a flight this short I just figured I could do it and not get caught ;D ;D

(also I wanted to land on one of the runways facing the way I was flying and not have to go around the pattern for the other direction.   ATC would have doubled my flight time!)

Nice shots Jake although I find that the angle in the last two, apart from being a bit boring, lack perspective. The shots themselves are nice but I would've liked to see that camera a little lower relative to the aircraft, to show some more of the scenery ...

I really like the view on the Sears Tower in the first one though ... very distinguising landmark ;)

Sure, to average people like you and I!

To executive passengers, it's probably a nice little perk.

Nice to see you posting Jake  :)
Most of my "flights" would be about 10 minutes without all the constant pausing and rotating  ::) :D
You took off AND landed, respect....

I don't take many shots for that reason...when I have the time to fly, I usually just fly, no time to stop and take pictures ;)

Thanks for the comments everyone!  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
