FINALY, I've got my Zurich scenery sorted and can fly from there again. The problem was in the main Scenery folder. To celebrate, I took my new CLS A330 for a flight,
Ahhh, flat again!
Pushback time
Damn this scenery is good for freeware, look at the grass though, needs cutting!
Rotate!
Highly recomend this airport,
Wingview for you,
Up at cruise, in 5 hrs, we'll be in Guinea,

I think the scenery detail in the last 2 could be better, but the rest of the shots show extraordinary detail in the aircraft - and particularly in no.2 the lighting and composition is a sight to behold.

Very nice 8-)
How are you finding the A330? I'm thinking about buying it but a few people on their forums have been complaining of a huge memory leak?

I've read that as well on the CLS forums but have had no problems. The above flight was six hours down to central Africa and I had no problems. Maybe they've fixed it now.
So long as you don't expect PMDG/Level-D systems and quality, you won't be disapointed. The panel looks ok (better than the A340-600) and the sounds are fantastic. If you want a good model that you can just 'jump in and go' without reading a 30 page manual first, this is for you!
My only gripe is the quality of the repaints so far. They have boasted about having 150+ available at launch so you can fly every A330/A340 carrier from the start, I get the feeling that because of this huge number they have been rushed and some are terrible! The most notable things are details like the windows which close up look rubbish!
However, repaints can be re done and i'm sure there will be many 'proper' paints out by other people soon.

Congrats on both! Working scenery and a nice purchase.
Does she have a flexing wing?
Cheers,
Fabian

Looks like a decent airport Simon! Although it seems as if it has an AFCAD problem, I might need to check that one out.
Nice CLS bird isn't she? I really like shot #2 but please, don't cut airplane wings! The same goes for the other ones ...

Can't get nice close ups AND get the wings in i'm afraid, anyway, thought i'd made up for that with one picture of just an entire wing! What do you see wrong with the AFCAD?
Yes, the wings do flex, very nicely too!

I could be mistaken but it looks like the parking spots are a little off; the aircraft seem not to be parked right or there are 3 or 4 push backs at the same time ...

I think it's just you! There are all different sizes in the first shot. There are another two A330's which load from door No2, other than mine, a couple of smaller A319/320 aircraft which load from door No1 and a baby ARJ which don't use the jetways as they have their own stairs.
