By the looks of it, the Vulcan BARELY fit under it... I don't think an A380 will =P... Maybe through the middle, but definitely not under it.

I found a fairly large bridge near the one in Eno's post. I'm currently in the process of watching the recording of me flying a B-1B inverted at mach one under the bridge, then doing a Negative-G Vertical loop over it =P

Only took me two tries! The first one I misjudged the distance to where I should start descending and had to turn fairly quick otherwise I'd have smacked into the bridge.... =P

It can't be done, not under Tower Bridge anyway - the tail is too tall. Have a look here with the default 747, the belly just skims the water, but the tail won't clear the bascules. I assume that the tail on the A380 is as tall, if not taller.
