Indeed it is! It's the B-1B Lancer's much larger, Russian, cousin. The Tu-160 Blackjack  8-)

At first I thought it was "ugly" too, but the weird nose, and strange looking wings grew on me  :o

Very interesting looking aircraft.

Now THOSE are afterburners in #3...that's a GREAT effect .
