What's the name of the package then - that would be the easiest way to find out the legitimacy of the package. :) Then we can draw a line under the above.

Go to the Avsim Forums and Search for Adobe. Click on the topic name:

"I probably missed something... (Adobe Traffic Pack)"

Seems like a heated controversy...I am personally happy with my traffic anyway, I don't want this Adobe package... :-X

What's the name of the package then - that would be the easiest way to find out the legitimacy of the package. :) Then we can draw a line under the above.

Well, if it's from a website called the Pirate Bay, would you think it's legitimate...I'd think not ::)

So that makes it that it's NOT illegal?

No. That was why I asked for the name of the package, as I wasn't just going to jump in feet first and accuse Mees. :)

With the name of a package we can establish it's credentials.

Ok, did a google search for it.

Sounds interesting - being a "better" organised and constructed installation of various freeware AI packages. Obviously the developers in question didn't lik it though, and neither (or because of this) did Avsim.

A tough one, as it isn't payware, and no one is selling it. It's kind of in the murky middle ground. It would be interesting to read the readme.

ThePirateBay deals with, well, just what it says. Pirating.

As well as legal file sharing as well.

In The Pirate Bay there's not only pirate stuff... just that the name doesn't help...

As I said, technically it isn't pirated as such. Freeware copyright is a very murky issue in my experience...
