Jake - The frame rates are surprisingly decent actually. Yes it still stutters (only) a little but considering I run a very average rig with everything turned right up including shadows that's better than acceptable for such a lovely detailed scenery. Good thing is when you turn down density you get an excellent base scenery for Farnborough but without the Airshow scenery showing (which obviously means better frames).
