How do you get that truck and the pilot to dissappear...I haven't had time to read those darn manuals...I'm too lazy for those anyway

When on the ground shift+4 and untick the options ;D

Doh - for once I read the readme at the end of the installation. It was brief, but covered a few important tip - including that, and "/" for the canopy...!
