Rather an overcast day at Meigs ..... the forcast further east was more promising so a hop to Cincinnati was in order.

Leaving Meigs in some marginal weather IFR to Cincinnati.

"Resume own navigation. Climb and maintain 11000ft".

Over the Lake Michigan coast into Indiana.

Shortly after this shot ... "BANG Splutter Cough ........ Silence".... Engine failure.

Found a small airfield and made a rather nice landing considering the circumstances.

I like the last shot. Was it a real engine failure or did you just shut the engine off?

Twas a real failure ......... well as real as you can get using the failures menu.
