When the picture was taken, my bird (F-22) had throttles at 5% and the boards (speed brakes) out as well to fly with the guy flying the Mustang on multiplayer.

Intresting, because the mustang could fly at 400 mp/h.

No, its a joke the IT guy did at the airforce apparently for the picture of the Air-to-ground arrmerment of the F-22, he put Strong Bad in the cock pit, check the link.
