Well, it's certainly one of Alphasim's better creations...It also has the trademark thrust vectoring modelled into it...Looks beautiful too...It arguably has one of the best afterburn effects out there...very subtle and realistic...take a look at shot #2...You'll see what I mean...

can it hover like the real F-22 and climb virticaly?
5900xt/2800+/280GB/1GB PC3200/Cyborg Evo Force/ABIT NF7
Gpu clock: 475mhz core, 800mhz mem
CPU at: 12.5x175 = 2187.5
memory: 2.5, 3, 3, 8 Duel channel on
Os: windows xp pro, ubuntu 5.10 breazy badger

The F-22 cannot hover. You may be thinking of the F-35.

Yeah, F-35.  For shame  :-/ lol, JK. Was the F-35 though.

The Alphasim F-22 is the best one out there, hands down.

no F22's can hover I was pretty amazed too when I got sent a link to this vid:

suppose it isn't a true hover as it only hangs for a few seconds but is the alpha sim version capable of this?

those shots look great. by the way, the F-22 in the video is not hovering, it just climbed vertically until it stalled.

Well if its got afterburners then its horribly unrealistic, F-22 doesnt use em
