The ground textures are just nice. What package is that? Covers the entire world mesh?

Stunning as always, love the detail in 5.
I think they are Ground Environment, payware, and they cover the whole world in one neat 30 dollar package. Best investment one could make in one's sim if you don't have too much to spend, along with a sky program like Flight Environment or Active Sky IMHO...
