Nice shot but:

1 . Its too big (must be max 800 pixels in width and under 100kb). Use a program called infranview to change the size and weight.

2 .  Play Flight Sim in fullscreen mode so that you don't get that bar over the top. (Alt + Enter)

3 . Close any windows within Flight simulator (such as youc chat window). Then it would look a lot better!
