The next leg, to Fremont County Airport, is easy: all they have to do is follow Rte. 60 west.
No isea if there were MOAsin the area at the time, so let's just ignore those... ;D

Somewhat heavier cloud cover reported to the west, but so far it's simple enough to maintain visual flight.

It's fun starting those puppies up; very realistic snorting, wheezing and smoking. Very fussy, too- without just the right throttle and mixture setting, and application of the "vibrators" at just the right moment while holding the starter switch, they refuse to turn over.

Yes, I LOVE starting the MAAM DC-3.  Actually, I think that one of the best parts of the package is the sound, its incredible!
