Le Junebug!
Posted: Tue Mar 07, 2006 7:39 pmIn case ya'll didn't know, Lionheart Creations has a few great new packages out, one of which is the Pylon Racer Bugatti Adventures. Aside from the great P-110s (the Bugatti's themselves) the package also includes a few hotrod '30s acrobatic aircraft, such as this: the Junebug's Dream . . .

As you can see, she isn't very intricate, but fly's like a bat outta hell! I love it. A little difficult to get off the runway, but once you do, she's all speed and twist. So I thought I'd take it up and see what it could do . . . using one of the flights included with the package. Take off from London, cross the English Channel and make my way to Alsace.
Decided to take it low and fast . . .
Whilest ripping up the countryside mere meters from the ground, a lucky resident managed to snap a photo from his veranda. He later caught up with me and told me to hold onto it as a memento of the crossing!
