The Captain Sim 757 is just amazing!
It can't really be described, it's just amazing. Although, the FMC isn't functional, the autopilot won't catch the glideslope, the flight dynamics are horrible and the sound is default 777..
But it just doesn't matter since I know I won't be taking her on long flights until the FMC is made fully functional, and by then they should've patched the other bugs.

I've basically flown their Hercules for about 2-3 hours total. I hated it, the frames were so low it was unflyable (15-20 FPS). I've never experienced that before, even the PMDG 747 was just fine on my system.
BUT the 757 gives me 25-30 FPS in the VC, granted it's not high, but it's very flyable. So no FPS problems for me. I'm a very happy camper/pilot!

Same here.  Have the pro-line out and see how the FDE is along with a confirmation from a 757 captain.

If you're gonna wait, might as well just wait for the LDS 757. (I won't buy an aircraft that has problems catching the glideslope, best vc ever or not)

Great shots Ecko Btw, the sounds are default 777 because you didn't buy the sound pack, so I wouldn't dock it points for that.

There are freeware soundpacks out there that sound great, I'd use one of those... they are a bit cheeky releasing it unfinished... and in modules. Not as bad as FSScene though

Seems there's going to be a flood of 757's and Capt Sim seemed to want to get there first. However, does look like a stunning model and VC and it's good to hear the frames are ok, I know someone who has the C130 and is AWFULL on frames!

Yes, you can get some great sound packages on AVSIM. All my defalt jets have had their sounds replaced and it's a hell of a difference!

Yep. like they said, on Avsim, but I expect they have some here on the V too. I've downloaded various ones for various planes that need them and they usually sound awesome, and convincing enough. Some people put a lot of effort into them
