Beautiful shots indeed Dave.
I particularly like very much the Honolulu shot
But shot number 4th and 5th really stands out from the rest.
I think that shot 4 is so good that could be used as a opening image to enter in SiViation home page

Very very nice lighting and scenery, the fourth is such an obvious idea for a shot, yet I've never seen it before or tried to take it myself... and with the soft lighting it's a classic!

Are you using the Real Sky package from the FSA guy?
Worth getting? FSA not too good for dawn and dusk I find... though it improves day and night significantly...
